Creamy Pineapple Cocktail


1½ oz. Bacardi
¾ oz. Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. agave nectar
½ oz. pineapple juice
Garnish: grilled pineapple wedge.


Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain contents into glass or flash blend in a blender. Garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge.
